We are truly devastated by the unexpected death following a short illness of our remarkable Hannah. Our family life will never be the same without our loving and joyous partner, mother, sister, niece, cousin, grand-daughter and daughter.

We are eternally grateful to all the staff of Pod 5 Critical Care Unit, Royal Stoke University Hospital, who worked so tirelessly to keep Hannah with us.

We will, in the near future, host a celebration of Hannah's life and her achievements but at this time, we ask that you please respect our privacy to allow us the chance to grieve our sudden loss.
